2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Products Covered: This policy covers the return of handmade teas purchased from our Website, including Black Tea, Green Tea, and Artistic Tea.


2.2 Return Period: You may initiate a return within 10 days from the delivery date.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


3.1 Contact Us: Email us at yourcontact@malmorakanda.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

 

3.2 Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return if approved.


3.3 Packaging: Please ensure the product(s) is/are securely packed in original packaging or similar secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.


3.4 Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


3.5 RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Refund or Exchange

4.1 Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s), minus any applicable shipping charges, to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 12 working days to complete.


4.2 Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, please let us know when initiating the return. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), with adjustments made for any price differences.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, covering any shipping costs incurred.
